I. General Rules

1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) define the rights and obligations of Danzolan Parts Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the party using the services available on the Service Provider’s online portal danzolanparts.hu (hereinafter: Webshop), hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

4. These GTC apply to electronic commerce services provided within the territory of Hungary through the Webshop.

5. The language of the contract is Hungarian.

6. Contracts are considered written agreements; however, the Service Provider does not archive them.

7. The Service Provider does not adhere to any code of conduct.

II. Use of the Webshop

1. Registration

1. Registration is not required to use the services of the Webshop.

2. General information about purchasing

1. The essential properties, characteristics, and usage instructions of the products available in the Webshop can be found on the product information pages.

2. The actual detailed characteristics of the product are contained in the product’s user manual, which is included with the product where required by law.

3. The Webshop displays the gross price of the products in Hungarian Forints (HUF). The purchase price shown includes the 27% value-added tax (VAT).

4. During the ordering process, the Service Provider clearly displays the total amount payable – including the product price, shipping cost, and any additional charges – before the order is finalized. If any cost cannot be calculated in advance, the Service Provider clearly indicates this fact and the calculation method.

5. The Service Provider does not apply default options (such as pre-checked boxes) that would result in additional costs for the Customer. Any additional service or product that is not necessary for fulfilling the main contract and is available for an extra fee will only be added to the cart based on the Customer’s explicit and conscious choice.

6. If the Service Provider displays an incorrect price for any product in the Webshop – including prices that significantly differ from the commonly known or estimated price of the product, or prices displayed as 0 HUF or 1 HUF due to a system error – the Service Provider is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.

7. The Service Provider issues electronic invoices.

3. Purchasing process

1. Adding products to the cart: The product the Customer wishes to purchase must be placed in the cart. By clicking the cart icon, the cart contents can be viewed.

2. Entering customer data: If the Customer wishes to purchase the items in the cart, the following information must be provided:

a. Selection of delivery method: personal pickup or delivery
b. Shipping address details including:
i. indication whether the Customer is purchasing as a private individual or as a business customer
ii. shipping details: country, postal code, city, address, name, phone number, contact email
c. Selection of payment method: bank transfer, cash on delivery, or online bank card payment

3. Finalizing the order: The Customer can finalize the order by clicking the Order button. Acceptance of the GTC and the Privacy Policy is required to place the order.

4. Payment of the purchase price: In the case of online bank card payment, the Webshop redirects the Customer to the payment interface.

5. Acceptance of the order by the Service Provider occurs in two steps:

a. The Webshop system sends an automatic confirmation email.
b. The Webshop confirms acceptance of the order via email.

6. Correction of input errors: The Customer may correct input errors before submitting the order to the Service Provider.

V. Delivery Deadline

The Service Provider delivers the ordered product to the Customer within thirty days if the Customer qualifies as a consumer.

VII. Complaint Handling and Customer Service

The Customer may submit complaints verbally or in writing to the Service Provider.

1. Handling verbal complaints

The Service Provider investigates verbal complaints immediately and attempts to resolve them where necessary.

2. Handling written complaints

The Service Provider responds to written complaints within thirty days of receipt.

3. Legal remedies

If the complaint is rejected, the Customer will be informed about the available authorities or mediation bodies.

VIII. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The Service Provider informs Customers that the right of withdrawal described in this section applies exclusively to consumers.

1. 14-day withdrawal right

In the case of online purchases, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

2. Calculation of the withdrawal period

In the case of product sales, the withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received.

IX. Service Provider’s Rights if the Customer Does Not Accept the Product

  1. If the Customer does not accept the delivered product, the Service Provider may initiate redelivery subject to payment of a new shipping fee.
  2. If the Customer again refuses to accept the product, the Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect.
  3. In such cases the Service Provider may require advance payment for future orders.

XI. Other Provisions

1. The Service Provider informs the Customer that the servers ensuring data processing have an annual availability exceeding 99.9%. Regular backups are performed to protect data.

2. The Service Provider informs Customers that the Sellvio review system operates on the Webshop website. The system evaluates the webshop’s operation based only on reviews from real customers.
